Pan Pastel UK Challenge ~ Christmas

 Happy Sunday to you all,
it`s time for a new challenge over at
with the theme
" Christmas "
remember you don`t have to use Pan Pastels but we love it when you do.

As always there is a fab prize up for grabs from those lovely peeps at Premium Craft Brands and this time our lucky winner will receive a mask and a PanPastel
 (colours may vary)
It`s beginning to look a lot like Christmas around my home with Salt Dough Baubles ready to hang on my tree tonight.
Salt dough ~
1 cup flour
1cup salt
1 cup lukewarm water
Mix together to form a dough.
Roll, cut out your shapes.
Bake at a low temp or leave in a warm place for a few days until hard.
Time to have fun with Gesso, Glossy Gel and Pan Pastels .... easy peasy ... just remember to seal with varnish, they will last and last !

Here`s a link to some I made earlier in the week.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
Till next time
Big hugs

Inspiration for Craft Stampers Take it Make it Challenge

Happy Friday to you all!
It`s time to share a little inspiration for the
over at
with the theme
" White Stamping "
You can stamp away to your hearts content, using white ink, gesso or white paint. You can even stamp an image and then emboss with white powder if you fancy! To be clear, you CAN stamp in other colours too, but we need to see some parts of your project have clearly been stamped in white!
Every year I do a December Daily and this year I am using an old second hand book to journal in.
The cover needed a teeny bit of work, so out came the
 star die cut
Maimeri Matt Gel
White embossing powder
Versamark ink pad
Unity Stamp Co. Script stamp
and
book pages taken from the inside, lol!
I really liked the plain book paper but on closer inspection . . . lets just say I should really have taken the pages from a Christmas book, lol.
So out with the
Gesso
and
Distress Stains.
A few splatters, everything popped back inside and it was done.
This year I am doing 12 days of Christmas . . .when something happens I want to record it will be popped inside . . . it may not be 12 days in a row but 12 days that stand out for me.

Be sure and head over to
for lots more Inspiration from the team
plus this months challenge is sponsored by

Thank you so much for looking
Have a great weekend
Big hugs

Pan Pastel UK Challenge . . . Colouring

Happy Sunday to you all, I hope you are enjoying your weekend whatever you are up to!
Excited to be sharing the new challenge over at
and the theme for the next two wks is
remember you don`t have to use Pan Pastels but we love it when you do.
As always there is a fab prize up for grabs from those lovely peeps at Premium Craft Brands and this time our lucky winner will receive a mask and a PanPastel (colours may vary)
My design team project started of with a doodle on a large canvas board, mixing and blending Pan Pastels with the colourless blender, Gesso and water.
I went for the strong and bold look blending and mixing as I went  . . .
I had a blooper with the face and had to cover her up before starting again { learning! }and couldn`t quite manage to get it how I wanted. Next time, lol!
Next it was time to tell her story, it took a while but I finally found a quote that fitted her . . .
Thank you so much for taking the time to look and remember hop on by the challenge blog for more inspiration from the ladies.
Can`t wait to see what you all create!
Till next time
Big hugs

Pan Pastel UK Challenge . . . Frosty

Good morning to you all,
I hope you are having a great weekend so far!
So excited to be sharing my design team project for
and the theme for the next two wks is
" Frosty "
My project started as they always start with the theme in my head and a quick doodle doodle doooo . . .
singing the words to
Frosty the Snowman
{ or in my case . . . making a noise, lol}
I love my scrawly sketch but as I started to doodle on canvas it started to take on a mind of it`s own!
For starters he wanted
{ yes the snowman wasn`t slow at coming forward}
TrEe
not snowballs, hmmmmm . . .
and
not lots of little hearts
but
a BiG HeArT
did I mention how he complained about how cold he was with only
sticks
for hands! ! !
Out came the pencil to doodle some woolly gloves.
He also found some words of
Wisdom from a Snowman
on
Pinterest
and told me the words that he wanted!
Well, he was a very demanding doodle but with some yummy stash . . .
Maimeri Gesso
Distress Rock Candy Dry Glitter
Dylusions Dirty Martini Ink Spray
Unity Stamp Co. Star stamp
. . . I think I managed to appease him and he looks
Frosty
but
happeeeee, lol!

I hope you enjoyed stopping by today and would love to hear your thoughts if you have a moment or two.

Be sure and head on by the challenge blog as the rest of the design team ladies have been getting frosty for your inspiration.
Till next time
Big hugs
